Groups continue at the STAR Center this week. One of the participants demonstrated how Connect Experience Write can positively impact a child's willingness tow rote. This little boy started group saying, "I am NOT learning how to write." After our warm-up songs, sung by Brady Rymer, he began to let down his guard. He was singing and dancing forgetting he was there to "learn to write". After listening to the musical tones for letter "C" he began to wrote trying to match his movements to the sound of the music. by the end of the session he excitedly announced, "Look what I just wrote! I wrote a whole word!" He came to class the next say and they day after that ready to learn how to write.
